Float Wellness Spa

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DIGITAL MARKETING FOR MEMBERSHIP AND HOLIDAY GIFT CARD SALES

Float was looking to increase annual revenue by implementing memberships and promoting holiday gift card sales in the same year.

We rebuilt the website making it more user friendly. We included a pop up with a quiz for data collection, Calls to Action to sign up for memberships, and a slider promoting holiday gift card sales during the holidays.

We created Digital campaigns using Pay Per Click, Display, Retargeting, email, and social media.

The Result: Over 400 new memberships, over $45,000 sold in holiday gift cards in a year, and over 2,000 new contacts in their database.

THE CHALLENGE

Float had a few obstacles to overcome before being able to achieve their goals, such as:

The Website
The Float website didn’t mention a membership program and had no clear Calls to Action.

No holiday gift card offers
Float management had never used holiday specific pricing for gift cards. 

Lack of awareness
Float had never promoted memberships or holiday gift card sales online or to their customers.

No plan
Float had a marketing budget and a database that could be used in a well thought out marketing plan, but no direction.

THE SOLUTION

The Seedless Agency built a website and digital marketing campaign that addressed the two main concerns for Float.

New Website
We built a new website using Google best practices and made sure it was user friendly. The website has clear CTA’s, membership information, and a homepage slider to promote ongoing sales. The site also featured a pop up quiz to take that we used to generate a database.

Google Campaigns
We built Pay Per Click, Display, and Retargeting campaigns for Float promoting both memberships and holiday gift card sales. Our ads provided clear CTA’s and were entered as different campaigns in different ad groups (memberships/gift cards).

Database Creation
We included a pop-up on the website with a quiz for visitors to take. Each participant was put into a database and we were able to market to them later using retargeting, email, and text.
